PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This existing property is allocated in the beautiful Stellenbosch. The structural design was done in-house with the focus on creating open spaces in the loft area of the roof. The entire second story as well as the roof was demolished and rebuilt. The result is a completely refurbished double story residential property, with modern finishes and lovely spacious rooms.
