PROJECT DESCRIPTION

JNA PROJECTS was appointed as the main contractor to renovate the originally Cape Dutch thatched roof house. A Scandinavian-inspired double volume wood and glass conservatory was built as an addition. A combination of concealed steel and timber structure was used. All hard landscaping, sewer works, decorative columns, plasterworks and timber cladding was also JNA PROJECTS’ responsibility.
