ORREL – CAPE TOWN

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This dual unit was a completely new building. Situated in the heart of Cape Town, space was a challenge and our teams had to operate within a very small space. Access to the site was also restricted, but the end result made it all worth it! The dual units also share a rooftop deck and Jacuzzi. Since this project, JNA has successfully completed quite a few renovations and building work in Cape Town and comfortably know our way around the restricted access and small sites.
